Biography

Chad P. Morrow, a Member of the firm, received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Tulane University and his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center, where he was on the Moot Court Board and received the CALI Award for the highest grades Constitutional Law and Louisiana Civil Law Systems. He represents clients in the areas of secured financing transactions, real estate transactions, real property and leasing, and other commercial transactions.

Chad has been recognized by Best Lawyers for his work in Real Estate Law for five consecutive years, since 2013, and was recently selected as a 2015 Rising Star in Real Estate by Legal Media Group. He was also selected as a Rising Star by Louisiana Super Lawyers in 2017. Chad has served as a member of the Louisiana Bankers Association Bank Counsel Committee since 2016. He has also served as an Assistant Examiner for the Louisiana Bar Exam since 2015. He has been a frequent speaker on a wide range of legal topics, including title insurance, UCC rights and remedies, real estate leasing, bankruptcy matters and local counsel opinion practice. Chad is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
