Appellate Practice

In the appellate area, we represent individuals and businesses, insurance carriers and their insureds in Federal and State appellate courts in cases arising from all of our practice areas. Because appellate issues can arise at every phase of litigation, our appellate attorneys also provide litigation support. Appellate attorneys assist our trial attorneys in preparing major trial motions and memoranda, jury selection, jury instructions and post-trial motions.
