Hathaway, Brooke Marie

Biography
Brooke Hathaway joined the litigation section of Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert, L.L.C. in 2022. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022, where she was named a William L. Crowe Sr. Scholar and admitted into the Order of the Barristers. During law school, Brooke served as Substance and Citation Editor on the Loyola Law Review and as Research Assistant to Professor Chunlin Leonhard. She was also an active Moot Court member, competing in the New York City Bar Association's National Moot Court Competition and the Leroy R. Hassel, Sr. National Consitutional Law Moot Court Competition as an oralist and brief writer, as well as the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition as a coach. She received three Law Excellence Awards for highest grade in Constitutional Law, Civil Law Property I, and Professional Seminar: Legislative Process. Prior to attending law school, Brooke graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University in 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science.
