Biography
Joseph Kaiser joined the litigation section of Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert, L.L.C. in 2024. He attended University of South Alabama where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Philosophy in 2018. In 2024, Joseph received his Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, graduating Cum Laude. During law school, he served as Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review and was selected as the winner of the 2023 ABA Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee Law Student Writing Competition. Joseph also received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in two courses: Legal Research and Writing I and Remedies.
